Today AIT announced the availability of the AIT Task Board for TFS 2010 which was presented already during TeamConf 2010. It’s free and available for download via the AIT web site. Watch Jason Zander (Corporate Vice President for Visual Studio at Microsoft) experiencing the task board at TeamConf Munich.
The AIT Task Board allows visualizing work items in a way you might already know from Scrum or Kanban boards. Especially interesting is the fact that the task board does not rely on a specific process template and can be configured according to your needs.
Key features are:
- Process configuration
- Multi-Touch support
- Zooming
- Ad-hoc Filtering
- Burndown report integration
- Fullscreen mode
The current release is only the base line for upcoming versions. For future versions the users are invited to participate in the definition of features and further enhancements. The team is keen to get feedback about your impression of the application as well as about features you would like to see.
